Strata Specialist Lawyers commenced operating on 1 August 2016. It is the creation of Colin Cunio, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia with over 20 years experience in the legal industry.
Highly regarded amongst his peers and respected by owners corporation, developer, and builder clients for achieving practical and cost effective commercial solutions to legal problems, he is also a vigorous litigator when the circumstances require.
Having started his career as a litigator for insurance companies, he then worked in the United Kingdom before returning to Sydney to eventually head the litigation division of one of the oldest law firms in New South Wales. Colin then decided to concentrate on his passion in property law. From February 2010 until July 2016, he practised with David Le Page, one of the most experienced and highly respected strata law practitioners in New South Wales.
Colin is a member of the Australian College of Community Association Lawyers, the Law Society of New South Wales and a Strata Community Australia Individual Strata Service Specialist.
